Why would somebody born with so many allergies?
Allergies: Nut’s,paticuarly peanuts, Scrambled Eggs,Cat’s,Dog’s ,legumes, mold’s,dust and feathers. Again these were diagnosed at a young age and may not all be allergic today, I am 16 now. As if you may have found this hard to belive I also had ezecma which is not that bad now. I also was diagnosed whith ashtma and I still get a inhaler every year although the ashtma was never severe and has decreased, although I notice I may have some minor problems once and a while. And to top it all off I also at age 7 was found to have a lazy right eye, 20/200 at the time. I had treatment for that and I belive my right eye recently has been tested to be between 20/30 and 20/40 depending on who did the test. I wouldn’t say these medical problems have ruined my life. I had behavior problems as a young child paticuarly before they found that my right eye was blind. Why so many problems?

I can definitely relate with you. I have a lot of allergies (peanuts, cats, dogs, mold, dust, horses, ragweed, trees, and fragrance, along with many antibiotics) as well. I’ve also had asthma since I was young. I’m currently on an allergy medication, an allergy nose spray, and Advair for asthma. I also suffer with eczema that is caused by my allergy to fragrance or because of my skin’s oversensitivity to my own sweat. I definitely don’t think these problems have ruined my life by any means, but they have made it a challenge sometimes!
I know for a fact that my mom did not breastfeed me, and I’ve heard that children develop certain immunities from that. Also, there is a genetic history of asthma in my family, so that’s what I attribute my asthma to. You might have a lot of problems, but there’s always someone who has it worse. At least none of your issues are life-threatening (as long as they are treated correctly and good precautions are taken!). I wouldn’t spend a lot of time questioning why you have so many problems. A lot of these issues are common (especially the allergies and asthma) so I wouldn’t fret about those. If you need to, you can probably find support groups for your issues, and you’ll be able to relate with those people as well.

Some families have a tendency towards allergies. Everyone in my family has outdoor allergies, cat allergies, and asthma, except for me. Buy my kids have food allergies. My youngest, Tommy, started getting hives the very first time I nursed him the day he was born. I eventually learned that bananas and pears give him hives. He’s also allergic to whey proteins, oats, and barley. These were all staple foods in my diet when I was pregnant with him. (Barley malt is in EVERYTHING!) I’d start my day with a breakfast of Cheerios, Cracklin’ Oat Bran, or oatmeal. I’ve always drunk a lot of milk. My favorite fruits are bananas, pears, and apples. (I’m planning to get him tested for apples, just in case.
) I don’t know a whole lot about environmental allergies, but I do know that the more often you (or an unborn baby) is exposed to a certain food, the more likely you’ll become allergic to it. Also, my other son was totally, completely out of control, running, cussing, beating up his big sister, climbing out of his bedroom window, staying up half the night because he couldn’t sleep.. He was very aggressive and mean, and disobedient. And he was only four years old! That all changed after starting a milk-free diet. Food allergies can have an effect of your behavior. Do a search for “hyperkinetic syndrome” + “food intolerance.”

I am an allergy sufferer currently doing research on the causes/treatment of allergies.
Here is my take
1.)the use of anti-biotics has exploded in recent years altering the bodies bowel flora which leads to a leaky-gut
type condition and predisposes the person to be more prone to allergies.
2.) repetitive eating is more common, repetitive eating exposes your immune system to one type of food over and over again and is a leading cause of allergies.
3.)environmental toxins, such as pesticides, some people are allergic to the pesticides used to grow the peanuts rather then the peanuts themselves, also the use of chemicals decreases the immune system.
4.)lack of ****** feeding and bottle fed babies get twice the amount of food allergies, and also babies esposed to certain foods such as peanuts way to early causes allergies later in life.
5.)Certain foods do not agree with people biolgically or genetically for example most Chinese people are lactose intolerant because milk cows were not a raised mostly in China and milk was not an every day food.
